Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


Shipping Time

We currently ship across India.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5–7 Business Days

  • Remote Area Delivery Time: 7–10 Business Days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Flat rate shipping across India (if applicable)


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.


Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Delays or Issues

Ergoraj is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
